The MLS service is a very powerful and efficient real estate selling system that markets your home to other registered Realtors who are members of the Vancouver Real Estate Board. The combination of Annette’s marketing plan (outlined in "Marketing Your Property") along with listing your home on the MLS system will enable your home to obtain the greatest exposure possible.
There are approximately 12,000 members in the real estate board area who can access the MLS system and bring potential buyers in to view your property when it is listed with Annette.
As a REALTOR® Annette is a member of the Canadian Real Estate Association. Your home will also be marketed on the nation wide MLS® Online real estate web site, which you can visit at www.mls.ca, as well as at www.realtylink.org, www.prudentialsussex.com, www.annettedenk.com and www.bcmls.net.
